Where we deliver

We deliver to every governorate listed at checkout. The delivery options for your address, their prices and the expected delivery dates are shown before you place your order.

Delivery options

• Standard: 2–4 working days.
• Fitting upon delivery: try the pieces on while the courier waits, and hand back what doesn’t fit.
• Same working day: in selected areas, for orders placed before the cutoff time shown at checkout; later orders arrive the next working day.
• Fitting + same day: both of the above.

Working days and cutoff times

Orders are prepared on working days. An order placed after the day’s cutoff time, or on a holiday, is prepared on the next working day. The dates we show already take this into account.

Delivery fees

The fee depends on the option and your governorate, and delivery is free above the amount shown at checkout.

Confirming cash orders

For cash on delivery we send a WhatsApp message with your order details. Tap Confirm order and we start packing. Orders not confirmed within 24 hours are cancelled automatically.

If you’re not in

The courier calls before arriving. If they can’t reach you, they try again on the next working day.
